These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SS360 Capture mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) The App

SS360 Capture is a tool for capturing images and stitching them into a 360° panorama on-device. The App is designed to work offline and does not require an account.

2) Your content

You retain ownership of the images you capture and any panoramas you create. The App processes your images locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

4) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Stitching results can vary depending on capture conditions, device performance, and image overlap. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

6) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
